1. What is this Roku app?

Device Connection & Casting
1. I cannot find my Smart TV.
- Make sure your phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Enable Local Network Access in phone settings for the app.
- Turn off any VPN, restart your TV and app, and try again.
- If the issue continues, contact us via in-app support.
2. Roku TV is not responding to button presses.
- Check that your phone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Restart both devices and reopen the app.
- If the remote still doesn’t respond, reinstall the app or update Roku OS.
3. How to fix connectivity issues?
- Check your internet connection and Wi-Fi strength.
- Update the app from the App Store
- Restart your router or reconnect your devices if needed.
4. What is the Casting feature?
The casting feature lets you cast your photos, videos, and music from your phone to your Roku TV. Simply connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi and tap “Cast” in the app.
5. Why can’t I cast media to my Roku TV?
Ensure both devices are on the same network, and the Roku app has local network access. Restart the TV or app and try again.
Subscriptions & Billing
1. Is the app free to use?
The app requires in-app purchases.
2. Is there a deadline for cancelling my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid renewal. All subscription management is handled through your Roku account.
3. How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings
- Tap on your Apple ID
- Tap subscriptions.
From there, you can view, change, or cancel any active plan.
Troubleshooting
1. The app isn’t opening on my Roku.
Restart your Roku device and ensure your app is up to date. If the problem continues, delete and reinstall the app from the Roku Channel Store.
2. Why can’t I see certain channels or shows?
Some content may be restricted by region or require a premium subscription. Check availability in your location.
